hey i was also born with this disease i get attacked every month,but now i've found a way to treat myself,when i was feeling that my neck hurts,i took my inhaler and the montika tablet before sleeping,i also used a mouth wash for infection,i ate a spoon of hot honey with pepper sprinkled over it,(it is a very effective way to treat the pain in the throat) and when i woke up i was like.......HEALTHY!!! =) beleive me i get attacked a lot but i know how i can control it!

nothing has worked to prevent me having an asthma attack every thing i have gives me the worst migranes and makes my asthma worse so it might work ill ask next time i go

yeh i had 1 yesterday wif my friend sleeping ova and i narrowly avoided going to hospital my mum said if it didnt get any better she was taking me to the hospital and my friend could either come or stay so i tried evry thing i could to try to get it under controll it only worked a little so i didnt have to go to hospital but i still cant breath well today so i dunno i hope i dont need to go to hospital again cuz when i do its straight to ICU then theres 12 or 15 docs trying to get me 2 breath :)

Man....i was in hospitals many many many times.......i don?t even know how many.......anyway.......last week i had a sever asthma attack.........my brain hurts....:)).....C,ya!!!

yeh my mum smokes but when i was in ICU she said ill be back and she went all the way to the car to have a ciggerette cuz shes not an idiot and doesnt smoke anywhere near hospitals or shops. i was ok when she left i was breathing alright and not about to die from asthma after about 8 or 9 hours of blacking out and almost dying a few times

its good even though i have had many asthma attacks at school and been taken to the office a few times an ambulance was almost called but i texted my mum to tell her to pick me up. anyway 1 of my friends has asthma but not as bad as mine but she knows how much it sucks so thats a good thing. ive been hospitalized 4 or 5 times not including the times the other month i stayed in hospital for 3 days ( ita absolutly sucked)

i have anemia and asthma and other illnesses that come and go as well and it sucks for the last week my asthma has been really bad and im afraid im going to have to go to hospital again. at the moment im awake at 1:30 in the morning cuz i cant breath very well when i lay down and i dont want to stop breathing!!!( i have stopped breathing b4 in my sleep and i dont want it to happen again) asthma blows at the moment only good thing is NO SKL SPORT YAY!!!!!

Man, I cant stand asthma. I would be perfectly healthy if it werent for athma. My asthma is from cat dander. Thing that sucks about that is that I live with two dang cats! I get medium asthma attacks often. My asthma wheres off after awhile in a bad enviorment. They say its like a defence, white blood cells rush to the throught area, and theres nothing wrong. After awhile I think my immune system gets the hint its attacking the host and lets me alone.

Do you know any of the details of shrimp and wilk that can cause it. My asthma got really bad went I went off soda cold turkey because my my achne. Strange. Maybe I should look in my daily routine to see if there is a silent enemy. Thanks for making me think about that.

Hey man, My friend has cherones disease, he got it from namonia, I tihkn thats how you spell it. He wanted to become a stunt man when he got older. He cant do it now due to chrones disease. He lifts as well but, it gets rough. He still likes to follow his dreams because he belives ha can. Dont count out being an astronaut. Athsma can be controled. All it is in my opinion is a defence against things that do harm you. Like smoke from cigerates or animal dander. Its like a very bad defence.

I have had asthma since i was born. I have never had an asthma attack but every winter i get bronchitis (bron-kite-us) and it affects me really bad. i have to spend 1 week of school and cant do anything because im coughing all the week.

There is an advance medicine to treat this disease; SINGL-AIR (MONTEKULAST), ask your doctor; so far has been working well to "prevent" asthma attacks and all of its symptoms; as it neutralizes the sustances that make your airways get narrowed (or swallen).

well; I have been sufering myself from this desease since I was 6 years old. It certainly affected me in many aspects. But 30 years after, I discovered the one big trigger of my asthma; MILK!! (Iam also alllergic to shrimps, oysters and Beer!!); but thank god!! I discovered that my daily breakfast was the silent enemy. So far I rerely use the inhaler and sleep very well; I recommend you to keep track on your food and habitat conditions; As Asthma is not an spontaneous disease.

im also born with this shit.. you are not alone.. the worst with it, is people who believes that we only make it up to get everything our way.. and people who smokes outside the E.R is more then i can understand.. just when you are good enough to go home and rest, you have to turn around and go back in because you got another asthmaattack because some idiots are smoking right outside the door..itīs like the world gives a shit if we can breath or not..
