Whenever we are having a difficulty breathing, we may or may not be experiencing an asthma attack. There are plenty of us that have labored breathing for reasons other than asthma. That is why it is important for you to understand what is behind the difficulties that you are experiencing, especially if you are to find a cure which is going to help you permanently. The reason why I am telling you this is because I have some experience in misdiagnosing this particular problem. My wife was going to the doctor on an annual basis because of difficulties in breathing and they kept calling it bronchitis. What she actually had was asthma which was triggered by pollen that was in the area at that time of year. They were too busy prescribing her something for the bronchitis, however, to realize it.
Once we actually figured out what it was that was causing the problem and the fact that she was suffering from asthma, we were able to begin looking for a natural cure that would help. We were a little bit overwhelmed with all the different cures that we came across. Believe me, we tried them all and many of them did help to the extent that we continue to do them, even today. Drinking apple cider vinegar on a daily basis and making sure that she is kept hydrated are two of the things that have been invaluable in helping her to breathe normally. There are two other things that she does, however, that you may not have heard about before.
Whenever we think about something that smells clean, the first thing that we tend to think about is a lemon scent. The fact of the matter is, lemons are naturally cleansing, both to the environment around us and to our bodies. She began taking lemons on a daily basis which not only included the pulp of the fruit but also the rinds. At times, we juiced the lemons and she drank the juice straight. At other times, she ate them throughout the day. We also found that if she breathed deeply while holding a fresh, organic lemon under her nose that it helped to open up or bronchial passages and allowed her to breathe more freely. Who would’ve thought that by using a simple lemon, she would have been able to overcome her asthma and enjoy breathing again?
