One of the problems that is becoming increasingly worse in today’s world is asthma. As a matter of fact, it is increasing to the extent that it is alarming to many in the medical profession. The unfortunate thing is that doctors are unable to truly pinpoint what it is that is causing asthma in the first place but they do realize that there are a number of different things that can trigger an asthma attack. If you are having asthma regularly, one of the things that you may want to look for is a food allergy that is behind the disease. One of the most common things that we are allergic to that can cause problems in us as individuals, is milk.

The unfortunate thing is that the commercial world has built up milk to be the absolute cure-all for many of the problems that we experience. Through very targeted advertising campaigns, they convince you of the fact that if you are not drinking milk, you are going to suffer problems as a result of low calcium. In reality, humans were not meant to drink cow’s milk and although we may be able to take a little bit of dairy on a regular basis, the amount of milk that we tend to drink can make us sensitive to it to the point where we can’t have any of it at all.

If you are experiencing asthma and you do eat dairy products or drink milk directly, this is one of the first things that you should remove from your diet. If you are concerned about a lack of calcium, you can always take supplements that are much healthier than drinking cows milk that have been pasteurized, homogenized and other wise to tainted. In doing so, you may experience immediate relief from the asthma from what you are suffering.

If you absolutely feel as though you cannot live without drinking milk, it is a much better idea for you to drink organic goat’s milk than the cow’s milk that is presented to us at the grocery stores. Goats milk is much easier to assimilate by the human body as it is closer to the milk that human mothers produce after giving birth. It can give your body what it needs and it can be a very healthy substitute to the unhealthy cow’s milk that many of us tend to consume. Best of all, drinking it may actually help with your asthma.
