Remove Preservatives and Breathe Better
We live in an artificial world and no matter how hard we try, it can be a difficult thing to get beyond it. The unfortunate thing is that many of the things that make the world artificial is also causing severe health difficulties for many of us which can include asthma. That is why it is imperative if you have asthma that you avoid many of the impurities and artificial aspects that the commercial world is constantly presenting to us. What are some of these and how can we avoid them in order to see an improvement in our breathing?
One of the main culprits that is behind asthma and triggers asthma in many cases are preservatives in food. This is extremely difficult to get around as many of the foods that are even considered wholesome also contain these dangerous preservatives. They may also contain other problems which include food dyes and some people consider these to be much more dangerous than the regular preservatives that are put into food. I find that if I pick up a box and am unable to pronounce some of the chemicals that are inside of the food, it is better left on the shelf.
The unfortunate thing is, these preservatives, dyes and other dangerous chemicals are in so many different foods around us that they can be almost impossible to avoid. That is why it is necessary for you to make sure that you are eating plenty of raw fruits and vegetables throughout the day. These tend to be rather cleansing and if we are taking in dangerous chemicals, even if we are avoiding them to the extent possible, the fruits and vegetables will help to cleanse our body and get rid of them.
One of the ways that the body does cleanse itself, however, is through the breathing process. That is also why it is necessary for you to make sure that the organs of your body, such as the liver and kidneys are also functioning properly. You should also try dry skin brushing on a daily basis to allow your skin to do a lot of the detoxing so that it frees up your lungs for other tasks. If you do your best to avoid the bad and fill your body with the good, you should notice a marked improvement in the way that you are breathing rather quickly.
